A complete process

KARL HUGO has a production process that is fully integrated on a single site. The different machined and welded parts will be painted before they are assembled and delivered.

A structured and thorough approach

Assembly is carried out in a fully dedicated 3,500 m2 hall. Special machines are commissioned and approved by the customer inside the workshops. KARL HUGO ensures the delivery and integration of its machines on site.

Delivery and on-site integration

A complete service

KARL HUGO ensures the packaging of parts and machines, and ensures the delivery and integration of its machines on site. After commissioning, KARL HUGO trains to operators to use and maintain the equipment.

On-site assembly
