In January 2023, Noah Reusch joined KARL HUGO to complete the final internship of his electromechanical engineering studies, which he had begun at Henallux in Seraing.
His challenge? Designing a safety railing for the assembly of a particle accelerator.
👍 Mission accomplished - and manufactured in the KARL HUGO workshops!
After completing his bachelor’s degree, Noah decided to continue his studies with a dual master’s degree in production management at HEPL Liège (ISIL) - again at KARL HUGO. Two weeks of school, two weeks in the company: an ideal rhythm for delving deeply into project management, machining, and process optimization.
With his permanent position at KARL HUGO, a new chapter begins:
✅ Contributing to the implementation of a new AI-supported production planning software
✅ Structuring and optimizing processes in the finishing workshop
✅ Preparing the gradual takeover of the management of the machining department
“At KARL HUGO, I can pursue my passion for mechanics and mechanical engineering and face real challenges. That’s very motivating!” says Noah.
Welcome to the team, Noah!
