A student at HEC Liège, Lea completed her final-year internship at KARL HUGO. Her work focused on the company’s sustainability strategy.

👏 Freshly graduated with a Master in Global Supply Chain Management, she officially joined our team on October 1st.

She is in charge of our integrated management system (IMS), which combines:

👉 Quality (ISO 9001)       

👉 Occupational safety and health        

👉 Environment (ISO 14001)

A strategic role that combines process coordination, internal audits, training, and sustainability committee management. “A space where each department can share its ideas to build a more responsible future.”

Thanks to her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, Lea will lead the structuring and continuous improvement of our Quality, Safety, and Environment approach.
