Successful ISO Certifications at KARL HUGO: Quality and Environmental Responsibility in Focus

From April 15 to 17, KARL HUGO underwent a comprehensive audit conducted by TÜV Süd. The audit focused on the recertification of our quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, as well as the initial certification of our environmental management system in line with ISO 14001.

The audit confirmed that our internal processes comply with international standards and are consistently aligned with continuous improvement. Both standards are globally recognized and form a key foundation for structured, efficient, and sustainable business operations.

The successful audit is the result of intensive and early preparation. We conducted a pre-audit with an external consultant and an additional pre-audit with TÜV Süd well in advance. This allowed us to analyze, review, and further optimize our processes in a targeted manner.

While ISO 9001 is widely considered a fundamental standard for quality management, ISO 14001 is gaining increasing importance. A certified environmental management system not only strengthens internal structures but also highlights our commitment to combining economic performance with environmental responsibility.

Having both audits conducted by TÜV Süd further underlines our high standards in terms of quality and transparency. As an internationally recognized certification body, TÜV stands for independent assessments and reliable standards.

The certifications are valid for a period of three years and are complemented by annual surveillance audits. This ensures that compliance is maintained on a continuous basis.

With the successful completion of this audit, KARL HUGO once again reaffirms its commitment to the sustainable improvement of quality, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
