On 19 August 2026, we held the second Process Owner Meeting of the financial year. Twice a year, KARL HUGO’s process owners and the management team meet for a full day to review and analyse our processes together.
What is working well? Where is there room for improvement? What new challenges, opportunities or risks have emerged? Rather than looking at each department in isolation, we take a deliberate cross-functional approach. After all, some of the best solutions emerge when different perspectives come together – as equals.The Process Owner Meeting is therefore an important part of our commitment to continuous improvement and excellence. Our goal is not just to identify issues, but also to develop practical solutions and continuously strengthen our processes.
