Digital production planning is taking shape at KARL HUGO. After over a year of intensive preparation, we have reached another significant milestone in introducing our new planning software, FELIOS. Since September, the first employees have been testing work lists generated by the system directly on the shop floor.
This marks a gradual transition from technical preparation to practical application. The experience and feedback of our employees are helping us to integrate the software into our existing workflows step by step, while also enabling us to continuously improve our planning processes.Over the coming months, more employees will become involved, before FELIOS is scheduled to run alongside our existing planning system from early 2027.
